Horrible place and horrible doctor and staff. I was waiting on appointment for few months to get notified that my appointment is cancelled because he is overbooked. Next appointment they offered is in 4 months. They keep transfering people and nobody is responsible for the mistakes they did. They didnt want to tell me where i can complain so I am writing here and hopefully doctor will see it!
We LOVE Dr. Reilly. He has been our son's ENT for 4 years and seen us through cochlear implant surgeries, adenoid removal, chronic ear and sinus infections, cholesteatoma removal surgeries, ear drum reconstruction. He is so kind and friendly, explains and shows his findings, thoughts on care plans. He answers any questions and problem solves with the parents. He is very considerate and I find him very comforting and positive, especially in post-op waiting room when parents are waiting nervously to hear the results of surgery... read more
I repeatedly called the office several times. The person who was supposed to pick up the phone or respond failed to do so. Dr. Reilly should teach her to do her job.
