Always worth the wait. Dr Fertig, Dana, and the ladies at the front desk are always helpful and friendly. I understand Dr Fertig has to check my bloodwork and thyroid values from the previous visits. Have to be patient.
First time visit and it was the worst experience in a doctors office. I arrived early for my 4pm appointment and the office staff was nice. I was called in to my appointment at 4:41pm and once I’m in the doctors office DR Fertig was on the phone texting for a good 7 minutes while ignoring me the whole time. Once i got upset and spoke out then he wanted to give me his undivided attention. I walk out without being seen. I highly recommend this office because you will never find a more professional or compassionate team to help. They are CARING and leave no stone unturned when it comes to making sure you receive the best healthcare. Special thanks to Dana - who is always there for me. The entire staff treats me like family - in fact they even helped me with my daughter when we were desperate for answers. You can actually feel the care and concern in their voice. Have been going here since 1996- different offices- and have trusted these doctors with my life. I agree, sometimes the wait is long but I have always been given the greatest care and would not go anywhere else. I went through two pregnancies and other illnesses and both Dr. Fertig and Dr. Kanj have helped to keep me going. Dana is the most reliable and helpful in the office and always responds and gets things done!
