Good place, I had 2 root canals done here (I had no complications) I am very scared of the dentist and cried both times but staff is very understanding Thank you
He did a great root canal.
Initially I was hesitant to go here because of the low reviews. I was referred to him before but I went to a five star review orthodontist. It didn't go well. My gum was in pain for a month and it was expensive. Dr. Brian Thai did a great job with my root canal. Any initial pain went away in a few days instead of a month. it procedure wasn't too painful. He is friendly and very competent. The staff is also friendly; good customer service.sometimes reviews aren't trustworthy.
If you are going to this office thinking that you will be treated fairly, think otherwise. All that Dr. Brian Thai cares about is money. I referred my mom over to his office and he treated a referring doctor's mother by charging for her care. He is a greedy man with no personality, nor does he have the wherewithal to treat people right. He shouldn't be practicing as a specialist.
Horrible staff! Very rude and mean.
