Doctor Golden is one of the nicest, most professional and confident doctor out there. He has been a doctor for over 25 years and graduated from a top college (UCSF). He just performed a robotic surgery on me to remove a large kidney cyst. I am terrified of surgery, however his demeanor assured me that everything was going to be okay. Dr. Golden is a personable, informed and talented urologist and surgeon. he performed prostate surgery for me and the results have been successful. the follow up annual appointments have kept an eye on things. his office - practice team is also highly appreciated and deserve 5 stars.fully recommend him.
My mother came from Ghana and was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma. We made an appointment with Dr. Golden and believe me, our experience has been truly “golden”. His bed side manners and respect for us has been very great. Went to Dr. Golden via a recommenation from a previous patient for prostate and UTI issues that I neglected for many years (fear based) and had become unbearable. I also had extremely high PSA readings. Dr. Golden sent me for MRI and did a biopsy. Lucky for me nothing was found. Dr Green recommended Green Lazer treatment to open up my prostate. Dr Golden has a great bedside manner. I've needed his medical attention for 3 or so years and he has been successful in putting my mind at ease regarding issues I found very frightening. After two panicked trips to the emergency room because I could not release urine, I learned I had been blessed with a very large prostate. I then began treatment with Dr. Golden who took me through two Greenlight Laser Treatments for BPH over a two-year period. He even caught and removed an early bladder cancer. Two further years of follow-up and the plumbing works -- no further inability to urinate and, often, doing so with a near-normal (for a 73-year-old) stream.I highly recommend Dr. Golden. Dr. Golden did my vasectomy. It was easier and faster than going to the dentist. I arrived, had the procedure, and was on my way home in just over an hour. I have no recovery pain or swelling. I took two acetaminophen after the procedure and had no need for more. He clearly has the golden touch!
If I could give him more stars I would. Very clear and caring. He conducted my nephrectomy and he saved my life. I highly highly recommend Dr. Golden. He listened to me when no other doctors would give me a chance.
