Quite surprised by all these great reviews... MY experience was extremely disappointing!!! Complaining of chest pain, I was not even given a chance to explain my symptoms, there was no inquiry about those at all... not even an EKG, which should be the minimum a cardiologist should run for a patient... Did not even bother to minimally review prior relevant cardiological tests that I had provided...
He is very knowledgable and has great bedside manner.

Great bedside manner. We really felt like he cared, which is just about the best compliment one can give a doctor.
He is my cardiologist. I first met him in the hospital, but I have now visited him in his office multiple times. He and his office staff (especially the nurses) are great! I have referred 2 of my friends to him and they really like him too.
My wife and I were very pleased with Dr. Schwartz (my wife was the patient). We really felt like he listened and cared. And he mentioned NOT ordering a bunch of testing because he said it would be a waste of our money. I like a doctor who doesn't just test, test, test away. He really seemed to put thought into our treatment. If I ever have a heart problem, I'll go to him too!
Dr. Schwartz took care of me in the hospital. Very nice and smart doctor. He didn't make me feel like he was rushed.
Dr. Schwartz is a hospital only doctor. He was fantastic with my mother. He spent plenty of time with us, was knowledgeable, and made us feel very comfortable. Being in the hospital can be very scary, but he is fantastic. (His covering partner was very good too).
