I had been a patient of Dr. Dalrymple for more than 25 years (so was my family). I called today for an exam because I hadn't had one in a few years and I was told I had missed an appointment in Mar 2024 (don't even remember having an appointment or making one) and that Dr. Dalrymple had said I 'can't rebook' ever again.
