After having a very disappointing experience with another podiatrist that was highly recommended, I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Bowles. She examined me and quickly found the source of my problem, did a quick in-office procedure to remedy the issue, and told me what the course of action would be if it were to re-occur. It was spot on, resolved my problem and the treatment was painless. I was not pointed towards other remedies (far more costly) and I was treated with respect by the entire staff, whom I found to be kind, v... read more

I don’t even know how Ashley Bowles got a medical degree she total messed up my foot surgery and I wouldn’t let her ever touch me again. See photos my foot was worse when I came out then it did before I went in don’t let her touch you, you will regret it. I don’t want anyone to be like me.

She diagnosed me having a heel stress fracture and told me to wear a walking boot and use a knee scooter at all times for possible 6-8 weeks. She did not read the MRI or CT reports stating I did not have a stress fracture. I had plantar fasciitis. She refused to speak with me on the phone to address my concerns. She and her office manager were extremely uncooperative. I gave her a chance to explain herself by sending her a letter, and she never responded.

If a toe joint replacement is recommended, I would not recommend it. I had it done and within 6 months I had a stress fracture of that foot. I have since learned that with the replacement the bone on the big toe is shortened, which allows the other toes to migrate toward it creating stress and pain on the foot. The other issue it creates is the second toe has moved under the big toe . The second toe is now a hammertoe. All of this is painful and has caused me to regret having the surgery that caused it.

Poor. Dr. Kinmon is the CEO of the practice. His choice to use an outside company to handle all phone calls is horrific. The staff at Boynton Beach failed to send prescriptions directly for MRI, custom brace, medication, and treatment instructions to PT. You cannot reach them by phone. After repeated problems and a promise that they would be corrected, I went to pick up the custom brace ordered by CF&A through another provider. At my first visit, the clinic had never received the prescription from CF&A. I requested at my nex... read more

Dr. Kinmon was unprofessional in his clinical care. He exercised poor judgment in neglecting to perform an important test prior to surgery. Surgical outcome was poor.

Dr Wallace performed a bone spur surgery on my foot about 12 years ago. After a few months of healing I never felt pain again. That’s a 5 star experience. One star off for the awful staff. Because of them billing me $110 ($10 over collection amount) and not calling me about the bill, but only mailing to my old property rental, I was put into collections and my perfect credit score took years to rebuild.
