Dr. Callahan has been my doctor for many years and has always done a very good job taking care of my eyes and my family's eyes.
Dr. Callahan has been my family's optometrist for 20 years. He is very professional and thorough with the eye exams, diagnoses and prescriptions. I highly recommend Dr. Callahan for excellent eyecare..
When entering the office I was greeted by two very friendly ladies who were very helpful. Dr. Callahan was very knowledgeable and gave a detailed exam.
Very rude. Would not recommend him at all.
First the lady on the phone was rude when I called and asked for an appointment. Then when I arrived at the office, the same lady, her name is Shay was very curt and unhelpful to a new patient. Shay is also the person who did a test, and blew air in my eyes. She never explained the procedure or gave any instructions, as to what she was going to do. I was very surprised by the air. After my wait Dr. Callahan came in very rude and uninterested in my response to his questions!!
