Despite being told multiple times that they were capable of providing official radiology reads on images ordered as STAT, failed to deliver despite verifying early afternoon that it would be completed on time and cost me thousands of dollars because of it.
Dr. Jacobs represents the best of the medical professionals: Completely honest, trustworthy, personable and compassionate. He is totally dedicated to the care of each patient and listens to their concerns and issues. He is top notch in his fields of expertise. My family has relied on Dr Jacobs for over 30 years and you couldn't find a better, or more reliable advocate, to help you navigate through any medical issues

Clearly doesn't trust his staff to do examinations. Unprofessional and rude.
I had my first mammogram done here at BMI; Dr. Jacobs was so kind and thorough when we found a finding. He biopsied the tumor and ensured I was comfortable and personally called me to let me know my results. Best radiologist I have ever heard of.
