my name is Laura and I wrote the negative review on 4-2-19 which actually should have been 2000. For some reason Dr. Evetts completely changed his mind about letting me do a conference call rather than actually be present in his office. The visit was to help my dad with issues concerning assisted suicide which my dad would like to have as an option. During this of Covid-19 doctors are doing telemedicine so I couldn't understand his refusal. Dr. Evetts gets credit for changing his mind.
Dr. Evetts philosophy is his way or the highway. During these times of Covid-19, most doctors are willing to alter office practices to keep them, their office staff, and their patients safe. My father is trying to go through the steps required for Assisted Suicide. Dr. Evetts said he would be the prescribing doctor, but myself and my father had to come into the office to "go over the paperwork and everything and the options." The doctor and his medical assistant were awful to deal with. Both of them were dismissive and acted very irritated when I had questions after the surgery. I would definitely not recommend this doctor.
I have had five surgeries in my life; appendectomy, umbilical hernia, gall-bladder removal, neck fusion and just recently, inguinal hernia surgery. The fifth was performed by Dr. Evetts and his team. Dr. Evetts listened to my questions and accommodated my special needs. This operation went off without a hitch. I was constantly kept comfortable and informed as to what was going on. The most awful experience!! He was so rude and got me so upset right before my surgery . The nurses had to call him out and intervene. Had to go back for follow up after the surgery and he was just rude and spent all of about one minute regarding follow up. Please find someone else this behavior could be dangerous to someone’s well being.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr Evetts to all family & friends.
Gave me a quick exam, when I mean quick I mean quick, under 2 min. I felt very uncomfortable because Dr. Everts seemed rush. Not Personable didn't explain findings very well. Wants me to have Hemorrhoidectomy but didn't explain the procedure at all to me. I will not be going back to see him. Felt very intimidated and my questions weren't answered.
