I called to inquire about the covid testing and the woman on the phone didn’t have a clue what she was talking about. She didn’t even know the difference between antigen and antibody tests. She said tests cost 130 for those who are insured and 0 to those who are uninsured. Please make that make sense. Since it was clear as day she didn’t know what she was talking about I requested to just have the doctor answer my questions who never bothered to call to get back to me like she said they would. was great they got me in and out in 45mins with test. staff was very nice and professorial. would recommend to any one (yes its self pay and if you have insurance you can submit it to be reimbursed)
NO COVID TEST RESULTS next day as guaranteed. All COVID test are free but decided to pay the astronomical price of Dr. Harris’s $130 because of holiday travel plans. The office assured the test results would be ready by noon the next day. Called the next day for results and office said results would be in between 5pm - 6pm. Called between 5-6pm office said they would call with results soon. NO CALL.
