Dr Brannon Reed and his dentistry staff always go above and beyond the call of duty to make me feel comfortable as a patient. My family and I have been going to Dr. Reed's practice for about fourteen years now. I just met his new receptionist, Celeste, and she really welcomed me. The dental hygienist, Amber, was very thorough, and explained everything to me. Dr. Reed took action during his exam to help me deal with a problem tooth, and give me the best solution possible. I went in with a Groupon and explained that I needed to be done in an hour. The reception person agreed it could be done. Amber did an exemplary job of cleaning, she was quick and pleasant throughout. I needed to wait for Dr. Reed, then he appeared to try to talk me into replacing a bridge and an old filling. I was over an hour and ready to go but was told that I was "here and you're mine", so I was to stay and listen....not appreciated, Dr. Reed.

The staff was very friendly. The waiting time was minimal. The Dentist was knowledgable and took the time to answer all of my questions. The facility/office was state of the art.
