I was was told by his staff that he takes out of state from California work comp it took them over a month to get back to me to now tell me that he cannot take my case and I've been sitting here waiting to see him so I can get surgery now I have to start all over because they are inept. Very poor service and I was even referred to him by Dr Lacey who is a wonderful orthopedic surgeon unfortunately she just does not do work comp at all I guess I'll have to call over there and tell them not to refer Dr Massey anymore because w... read more

It pains me to rate Dr. Massey with two stars. Initially, our doctor-patient relationship was positive. However, on 3/31/25, I was scheduled for Dr. Massey to do my hand surgery. I was his first surgery for the day. I arrived at the surgery center at 6:00 AM, fifteen minutes before my scheduled time. I was put under anesthesia and taken to surgery at about 7:45 AM. Brandon Massey, in my opinion based on my experience, is the sort of individual who decides first whether they find you acceptable as a person. Then decides whether they believe that there’s proof you are in pain. Only then will he consider treating you. He went to school and got the training. He’s also not a doctor who actually seems to care for people/patients.
