Dr. Wickens is absolutely a breath of fresh air when it comes to seeing a doctor. He answered all my questions, including the questions on top of the questions. Before and after surgery for my two-year-old son who is getting tubes in his ears. Very soft spoken and kind. Wish for more doctors to take the time like he did to comfort not only his patient but to look out for the worry, mom. Definitely a cool Doctor!
Ear tube surgery for our at the time 2 year old, referral was quick, the lady doing the hearing test was so wonderful and accommodating, reception staff were lovely, and dr wickens was postive and uplifting surgery within 5 weeks and hes never been better!!!

Very disappointing experience with the reception staff. My appointment date was approaching, but I had to travel out of the country due to an emergency. I politely asked if it would be possible to swap my appointment with someone who may be waiting for an earlier slot, since there are often patients looking to move their appointments up. Instead of trying to help, I was repeatedly told that it would be "double work" for their office.
