The doctor is good but the receptionist is very rude and condescending.
Dr Howell has seen me through 2 removals of melanoma over the last 5 years. I had no complaints and felt he was professional, knowledgable and friendly. At my last visit I felt things were not the same and a procedure was performed without sufficient information or consent asked. I wrote Dr Howell a personal letter, described my unpleasant experience and asked for an explanation.
