I had a poor experience with both locations. I fractured my wrist and for the initial casting, had to have my cast reapplied 3 separate times because the cast technician could not seem to get it right. I was also billed for going back in to have my cast reapplied after it was applied incorrectly. I contested it. Also, on time appointments should not be expected with these offices as they often run 30-60 minutes behind schedule and the reception is very unhelpful to provide you with accurate wait times and often respond with ... read more
Extremely unhappy with the nursing staff. They cannot understand one simple request. Including PA who tried explaining something without listening to what I had to say. I myself am a nurse but I would never tell false stories to a caller. It took me 5 hours to simply transfer. First they sent prescription to the wrong cvs. I had to scream at the PA because I was so frustrated. Dr Morgan was a super cool doctor but rest of the staff totally shady.
The PT Jamison Jordan works to make sure you are totally supported in your healing process. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in the workout process
Very good experience! Dr. Jessica Cohen was very patient, very knowledgeable, very helpful. Front desk, x ray technician were all very helpful!
