I think the staff is really friendly, and I like Dr. Spragg. But the wait times are pretty ridiculous when you have an appointment. And if you email the front desk with a question for the doctor, regardless of if you remind the front desk again later or speak to someone in person, your questions won't get answered. I'm not sure if the desk just isn't passing them on, or if Dr. Spragg just doesn't get around to following up with patients who have questions, but it's one of those two things . . .
We love Beach Cities Orthopedics! Dr. Spragg has been amazing — kind, careful, and so supportive when my daughter broke her hand. Today was my 1st appt after a painful reverse shoulder replacement. I was in a lot of pain hopng it would just be a consultation. Well Jess had other plans for me. She was very kind & caring & professional & I felt better after I left. Jess was great so far!! Great atmosphere everyone was friendly & professional
Today was my first time at Beach Cities Orthopedics Physical Therapy. My evaluation with Dalton went well. I had a good appointment using weights and weights machines.
People on the phone are useless, doctor was 20+ min late to all my appointments, they rescheduled my MRI twice. 1 time they didn’t give me a reason and the other they were over an hour late to my other appointment just having me sit in the waiting room telling me constantly it would be “5-10 more minutes”. Probably one of the worst overall holistic customer service quality experiences ever. Go anywhere else.
