Dr. Friedman and Lindsay are wonderful! It is too bad I am never going to come to this clinic again because they have been great throughout the years. I was charged a $50 missed appointment fee after cancelling via a text confirmation link. Whenever I come in which has been almost every month for the past 3 months of 2024, I have been making payments (half of the balance as I have a high deductible plan) because as you can imagine as much as we have to see a doctor, paying over $200 for an office visit can be tough. I've been going to Dr. Friedman for many years and he has been great but since it became this new practice it is terrible. It's the office staff mainly. I sent my 83 year old dad to them since he moved in with us to get a physical so he could get his prescriptions refilled for blood pressure, etc and it's been over a week and they still have not done it. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Appointments canceled with no notice. Insistence on unnecessary visits. Incorrect paperwork.
I’m not sure when the offices of Dr Hastings and Dr Friedman in Frisco, Texas joined the Valora Medical Group but since then, service is terrible, took my son to Hastings, not once did the actual doctor see him or did I interact with via the phone. Wait times and return calls are horrible. Front desk’s associates need training on how to deal with clients. Absolutely terrible.
