Reading some of these reviews and I think people just love to put each other down. Im sorry for flabbergasted but in no way is any one in that office rude or undereducated. It seems that no one that you came into contact with was good enough for you. The staff and MA's in that office are amazing at what they do and Dr. Longacre is one of the kindest people who gets to the bottom of your problems, she does not have to spend hours listening to every little ache, just get to the bottom of it. Dr. Kalmin took time to discuss my problems with Microscopic Colitis (which he discovered at my colonoscopy 5 years ago.). He also prescribed a new medication for me to try. This was all done during my appointment to schedule a colonoscopy. I appreciated the this additional help.
Dr. Okoro dislocated my jaw during an endoscopic exam, and she never took responsibility for her mistake. She left it to my family to find and arrange for maxillofacial surgery to repair my jaw after six days of nightmarish suffering.

Dr. Galvez is a caring doctor. It is very disappointing that the staff that interacts with his patients is rude and disrespectful to patients. Cinthya his assistant cusre in Spanish to patients. Dr. Galvez, please intervene this is unspeakable.
Dr. Karim and her team performed a colonoscopy on me. Dr. Karim is down to earth and easy to talk to. She and her team were professional, efficient and kind. I would highly recommend Dr. Karim if you are looking for a gastroenterologist.
