I have been to Doctor Bell multiple times with kidney stones. Have always been happy with his services and how he treats his patience. My mom also goes to Doctor Bell. And she has been extremely happy and she is a retired nurse

Patient service and follow up is horrendous. Dr Bell is effective but the First Urology support team is incompetent
He never came out to talk to us after doing surgery on my 16 year old son. He was also over an hour late for surgery. He rescheduled the follow up appointment because he was going to need on vacation. I had to call the office 3 times the day after surgery to get him to call us back.
