All the staff so friendly, warm and professional, especially Louise who happily answered my endless questions and truly cared about my dental health. You cannot fake that. The receptionist could be a bit more sunny, but was civil. Louise does all the work of cleaning and x ray and is delightful, so that was what mattered to me. Dr. Shinaman is great.
