When I called I asked if they accepted United Healthcare and they said yes. Later, after I received a bill they said they accept it but that they aren't in network. No one asking the question "do you accept my insurance" is asking if you are out of network, we want to know if the office is in network so that we can afford the dental work. I have an HSA in two visits I paid over $1,000 which is 1/3 of what I have in my current HSA. Then I got a bill for another $100.
