I visited ER after about two weeks after I was involved in a heavy car accident. I got shocked when he asked me is that because of claiming your insurance benefits?! That was so rude and nasty question and I didn't expect a doctor to be such unprofessional. He even didn't send me to an ER room to visit, but did all the process in ER's hallway, which again I found it very disrespectful and unprofessional. Dr. Kilcline's bedside manner leaves much to be desired. He seemed put out by the follow up questions I asked to ensure I understood his recommendations. I thought perhaps I was misreading his demeanor, but when he said with an impatient sigh that he had to "step out of the room now to see other patients" the implication that I was taking too long was clear. Zero empathy, non-existent bedside manner, stood there rolling his eyes as my son navigated an anxiety attack before stitches and just after learning he broke his jaw. Working in the ER has gotta be tough, but ask for another dr, please.

I’m typically not one to write reviews, but seeing what was posted, I felt the need. I thought Dr. Kilcline was professional, communicative, and pleasant. I believe he and the rest of the Overlake staff gave me very good care while in the ER.
