I believe it would be advisable to position the computer screens in the exam rooms so that there could better direct face-to-face eye contact with the nursing staff and doctors. I feel this would add to the quality of care and personal interaction.
The medical assistant that I had needed to be a little enthusiastic to be there.....maybe having a bad day? Otherwise, this office is always a well oiled machine! Always recommend this practice!

I do a wellness check every year and physical with blood test ,no EKG never had a stress test I have to go back every 6 months to get prescriptions refilled cant use express scripts
This was my first telehealth experience and it was better than I anticipated.
The forms for new patient were a little undaunting to a memory challenged patient but as aided by another took a while to file out.
