5 years with this provider. Chose based on the most efficient and; nicest office staff; a provider young enough to still be in practice throughout my dotage. As a retired surgeon, I totally get that patients spend more time with office staff than doctor. And patients will tolerate marginal personality in doctor, but not in staff. Delightfully surprised to discover Dr. Snider at least every bit as pleasant and; efficient as his staff. And over time, I feel more and; more at home there.
