Wow! I thought I knew about my Hashimotos but seems I really only got half the story! Thank you so much for the full explanation of all factors. I see I need to make a couple more changes even after the few successes I've made, including shrunken nodules. I'm going to keep studying the vitamin & mineral aspects because I do keep hearing about how iodine or the lack of it could be one of the main culprits to cells dying and increasing chances of cancer.
