Wow! I thought I knew about my Hashimotos but seems I really only got half the story! Thank you so much for the full explanation of all factors. I see I need to make a couple more changes even after the few successes I've made, including shrunken nodules. I'm going to keep studying the vitamin & mineral aspects because I do keep hearing about how iodine or the lack of it could be one of the main culprits to cells dying and increasing chances of cancer. Thank you so much for the video on Hashimotos transformation!
