My husband was due to have major back surgery in less than 24 hours. The surgeon called and said I absolutely need a referral before surgery tomorrow. We called Paddock, he had us pay 200 dollars cash before he would d give us the referral. He has also held all of my records because he says I didn't cancel an appointment. I absolutely did.
