I had an appointment for 10:30, arrived at 10:15 for check in and was put into an examination room by 10:25. Waited till 11:00 and still no doctor so I left. Didn’t receive a call to reschedule or an explanation. Took off time from work to make the appointment. Very disappointing.
Dr. Drescher was very helpful explaining things, giving me options for treatment and listening to my concerns.
I’ve had chronic knee pain for years and have been told by other providers there is nothing they can do to help ease my pain. I started seeing Dr. Drescher several years ago. He reviewed X-rays and developed a plan to alleviate the pain. He is a wonderful and compassionate Doctor who listens to the needs of his patients. I jumped to avoid being hit with a falling object. My right calf began to ache and immediately started swelling. I called the next morning and was able to get in that same day. Dr Dresher took x-rays and ordered an ultrasound and MRI the same day. The results was a class 3 tear of my solius muscle. He ordered a walking boot and started me on the road to recovery. He took time to explain the muscle and the healing process.
