I wanted to recognize Dr Dresher for his outstanding service! I went to see him about a wrist fracture as well as a foot injury. I wasn't sure what to expect, or what was going to happen to me. I can honestly say that he made me feel more comfortable about the procedures and about what we needed to do to fix my problems. My pain comes and goes randomly. I wasn't able to accurately diagnose the problem myself. I appreciate his professionalism and patience through the whole experience. Thank you.
I would highly recommend Dr.Dresher for your Orthopaedic needs. His professionalism starts from the moment he shakes your hand. Whether you are totally prepared for your Office Visit or not he patiently listens and direct his questions to start solving your Medical needs. Dr. Dresher’s Staff should also be recognized for running an efficient Medical Office.
I was impressed with Dr. Dresher and his staff! Everyone was nice and helpful and I was seen on time:). I would recommend Dr. Dresher to family and friends!!
I have had one arthroscopic procedure and an ankle fusion with Dr. Dresher. He is an excellent surgeon and I have complete confidence in him. He is very empathetic and cares not only about the foot/ankle, but about the patient as a whole, including other issues that may be occurring. He goes well beyond what would be expected in explaining the diagnosis and procedures so that everything is understood. He has a very pleasant personality not always found in a surgeon.
Dr Dresher is very experienced, and is excellent with bedside manners. He is often rushed, not due to his control. My worry during surgery was that he was overbooked and multitasking. My 90 minute surgery went extremely well, starting with a 2 hour prep (why 2 hours?) I was restless after 45 minutes of doing nothing. (Humorously) they injected me to shut me up lol. I woke up to a nurse feeding me cookies and drink,. All the staff was awesome, only 1 issue, a nurse refused to use MY middle name.
Dr. Dresher iis not only a professional in his field, but he is personalbe and. shows compassion to your needs. As soon as you walk in to this facility, the staff is very friendly and caring!
I felt he listened and offered me realistic alternatives to deal with my situation.
Business response:
Thank you for your positive feedback!
- Misdiagnosed foot problem, thought it was ankle. - Waited 1 week for steroid injection. Requested MRI after confirming issue was with foot. - Rude to my wife who was concerned about my issue. - I was unhappy but never yelled or cursed. He was more concerned about being spoken to with respect instead of looking at my problem. - Waited for almost 2 weeks for MRI appt. I cancelled because foot was healing. - Found out week after MRI request was rejected because he did not provide more info.
After a non-informative visit to the ER, Dr Dresher was so helpful and informative. His.bedside manner and compassion made me feel so much better about my prognosis. The office staff is phenomenal, so glad I chose this group.
