I am working with Dr Dresher regarding severe ankle pain. His course of treatment has been very helpful thus far and I am looking forward to his continued help.
I was so lucky! When I shattered the outside bone in my foot, I got an appointment with Dr Drescher. He discussed care options, and when I elected surgery, he made room for me in his schedule the next day. I am healing beautifully. Dr Drescher is clearly an excellent orthopedic surgeon -- he is also a great doc. Explains, listens, and is very respectful. He's a lovely human being as well. I recommend him unequivocally.
I would highly recommend Dr Dresher. He is knowledgeable, great bedside manner and attentive to your concerns. My appointments always start on time and his staff is very friendly and efficient. I have been a patient for almost three years.
Dr Dresher was not only very personable but he was so professional. I appreciated the time he took with me, answering all my questions and concerns. Excellent staff and so friendly. I truly was taken care of by all in the office.
Dr. Dresher is the consummate professional. He takes as much time as necessary to answer all your questions. He explains your options in detail. He starts with conservative measures. If surgery is necessary, he explains exactly what he's going to do and what expected healing time will be. If you think you could potentially need foot or ankle surgery, your search is over. There is no better foot or ankle surgeon in Colorado Springs.

Dr. Dresher took care of my right foot back in 2015 and removed a lipoma that was bothersome while walking, so when I started having pain in the forefoot last month I felt very confident going back to him. He’s extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk with, listens to what you say, has a wonderful bedside manner and he’ll take time to answer all your questions.
