My daughter has been going to Dr lui for a few years, he performed her adenoidectomy. He is efficient, meticulous, and very knowledgeable.
I don’t understand the complaints, I managed an appointment in one day, time was 920, cleaned my ears and assessed my issues, had a hearing test, examined and diagnosed my sinus issue, gave me 2 prescriptions and I was finished at 1100. He was very curtious and the staff was very friendly. He’s a busy Dr and doesn’t have time to chitchat, would highly recommend him
I had an appointment on June 11 with Dr. Lui with concerns about ringing and pain in my ear and some dizziness. Dr. Lui asked me when was the last time I had dizziness I answered 6 months ago, and when he asked how many time I had dizziness in the last 6 months I answered 2-3 times. I had a terrible experience with Dr. Bosco Liu. From the moment I arrived, he made it clear he was rushing through my appointment because of a meeting he needed to attend, showing zero interest in my care. He completely dismissed my symptoms, recommended continuing the same treatment I’d already told him wasn’t working, and didn’t even ask what medications I was on. Back in 2018, I visited Dr. Lui for the first time. He suggested to put a tube in my ear at the hospital to remove fluid behind my drum. The pain during the procedure was unbearable that I almost fainted. He admitted that he had to put me on anastatic first! Since then, yet I had the same issue, but he was careless enough not to take it seriously.
