Dr. Bosco Lui has been my ENT for about 4 years now, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He’s treated me for chronic reflux issues and performed several thyroid biopsies, and every single time he’s been thorough, clear, and genuinely engaged. Dr. Bosco Lui was dismissive, impatient, and unprofessional. He cut me off mid-sentence, walked out while I was still speaking, and completely ignored my questions and concerns. He offered no explanation of my test results, no insight into possible causes of my health issue, and no reassurance—leaving me just as worried and confused as when I walked in. The nurse was equally unhelpful. Entirely disappointing and utterly unproductive—I left with nothing resolved.

My daughter has been going to Dr lui for a few years, he performed her adenoidectomy. He is efficient, meticulous, and very knowledgeable.

I don’t understand the complaints, I managed an appointment in one day, time was 920, cleaned my ears and assessed my issues, had a hearing test, examined and diagnosed my sinus issue, gave me 2 prescriptions and I was finished at 1100. He was very curtious and the staff was very friendly. He’s a busy Dr and doesn’t have time to chitchat, would highly recommend him
