"I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Bosco Lui. When I requested a referral letter for an MRI scan to further investigate my health issues, his attitude became extremely dismissed and impatient. I took my son to see this doctor, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The doctor came across as rude and dismissive, and I felt that our concerns were not taken seriously. As a parent, I expect a doctor to listen, communicate respectfully, and genuinely care about their patient’s well-being. Dr. Bosco Lui has been my ENT for about 4 years now, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He’s treated me for chronic reflux issues and performed several thyroid biopsies, and every single time he’s been thorough, clear, and genuinely engaged. The biopsies themselves were a great example of how he operates — very little to no discomfort, and he explained every step as he went, so I always knew exactly what was happening and why. Dr. Bosco Lui was dismissive, impatient, and unprofessional. He cut me off mid-sentence, walked out while I was still speaking, and completely ignored my questions and concerns. He offered no explanation of my test results, no insight into possible causes of my health issue, and no reassurance—leaving me just as worried and confused as when I walked in. The nurse was equally unhelpful. Entirely disappointing and utterly unproductive—I left with nothing resolved.
