Dr. Epstein and his staff are wonderful, they don't rush you out of the office.and he takes time to talk to you! Im so glad i found them.
This has to be the worst office I have ever dealt with in my life!! They don't return phone calls, don't answer questions, and the dr. Is extremely rude and uncaring!!!! If you present with an injury his FIRST response is "I don't do narcotics"! Not "what happened"? He will then offer to inject it without any type of exam or diagnostics! Want to see someone else? He won't give you a referral! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!
Boris is the worst dr I've ever been to. He is uncompassionate and has no empathy for people in pain. I've been in pain for months and need to have my eye removed due to pain. He just sat and watched me cry. It took 3 weeks to get a referral to the dr who is going to remove my eye. He claims to be a dermatologist and tried to solicit treatment for my Dad's freckles on his head while I was in his office. Dr.Epstein was my mom's PCP for a few years. She was happy with him up until last year. They became very money hungry. The last straw was the doctor could not find the time to call my mom's insurance, for 2 weeks, to answer a few questions, as a last step in them approving her diabetes meds. Her sugar has been through the roof, she has been feeling horrible on the new drugs. Dr. Epstein is 5 stars. However, his front staff is horrible. She is mean, talks down to you, and when she doesn't understand what you're trying to say- just blabs: WHAT?!? Unprofessional to the extreme. Working in a what should supposedly be a caring and nurturing environment, she does just the opposite. It's like she's always ready to bite your head off.
I ve been seeing Dr Borris for many years now me and my husband ,and we re happy and veryyyyy satisfied ,I can say we re lucky and blessed to have him as family Dr ,Cant wait to move my kids from their pediatrician to Dr Borris , he's very professional ,kind ,nice he cares for his patients and you can feel he does his job with heart In two Words Dr Borris is the BEST OF THE BEST I definitely recomand Dr Borris Epstein

After a friends recommendation, I recently changed general practitioners and could not be happier with my switch. Dr. Epstein answered all of my questions in depth and honestly. He took his time with me and showed a genuine concern. The waiting periods were half the time of my old doctor and the staff was very nice as well.
