"I trusted this office and deeply regret it. I was told by the staff that a migraine procedure (SPG block) would be covered by my insurance. Based on that assurance, I went ahead. I was never provided any out of pocket information if it happened to come back denied. Afterward, my insurance denied it as “experimental” — leaving me with a massive bill I never could have prepared for. I feel misled and taken advantage of. WOW this has been a long time coming... couldn't find this POS on YELP but now I found an old email that I created when my sister was treated back in 2016 and thanks to the internet found a way to post this. One of the worst rheumatologists I have ever dealt with. Prescribed medication that was ineffective and when questioned about it became all defensive and blamed me for it not working. Would not even consider biologics even though I had been on them for years with a prior doctor. My pain and stiffness got increasingly worse for the year I saw her. Very arrogant bedside manner as well. Go to anyone else.
First time patient with Dr. Soybelman. From consultation to surgery to post op, I can not mention enough positive remarks. Great bedside manner, knowledgeable, kind, all around great doctor!
