Dr. Concannon is awesome! His sense of humor had my son laughing the entire appointment. I thought it was a cute and funny way to end the appointment with the doc coming in with a huge syringe full of water and lightly squirting my son. It makes doctor visits less intimidating for kids. The ladies at the front are personable and timely. And if you're anything like me (a procrastinator), they will call you to remind you that it's almost time for a visit. The doctor I got, this was my first time visiting him, was really strange. My first impression of him was him spraying kids with a squirt gun. I didn't think much of it. I then got a physical from him that was very uncomfortable. It was the longest lasting physical I have ever received and I am an avid athlete. I asked if I could not get that part of the examination, I have before and it was fine, but it wasn't an option. He also said "You have a big mouth, hope I don't fall in". We liked our doctor, the wait times are average, but I'd rather go to the DMV than take my kids here again... though the experience was similar. Customer service is beyond terrible and after seven years of bringing my kids here and hoping it will improve... it's only gotten worse.
They were insistent on things when we said no, instead of just respecting what we said. They also provided unnessary breast examinations for a sport's physical without a warning or consent. Now we have to find a new doctor.
