I love the Residents Clinic. Professional, and almost always overseen by Dr Bonnie Lee.
Dr Bonnie lee was amazing! She was the first doctor I have encountered that made me feel comfortable and hopeful about my condition and she sounded like she had vast knowledge.
This mostly pertains to UCI...but O spent 20 min trying to find where to go and was misdirected twice. Dermatology is not listed anywhere in signs and should not be that complicated to find where to go. And while I managed to still check in about 30 min prior to my appt and was taken to a room about 10 min before, I was told there would be a 30 min delay before being seen. Good thing I had a magazine and parking was not charging by the hour.
Very professional staff and students were helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately my issue has no resolution as it is genetic.
The service is really, really good. The only thing that I wasn't really a fan of is just how long I had to wait for an appointment, but other than that, everything was really cool.
Dr. Lee and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Would appreciate a response to messages sent to staff /doctors; I never received a response to a message I sent on 8 January 2023. Services provided today by Dr Ajay Sharma and Dr Bonnie Lee were outstanding.
Excellent appointment and treatment recommendations. The only negative was wiring so long for an available appointment date. The wait, however, was worth it!
