Dr. Bong paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. My health is improving slowly, but that is to be expected. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular.
