Dr. Bo-Yin Deborah Chang is a completely rude physician with absolutely no bedside manner. This physician was assigned to my mom while in hospital at Queens Punchbowl hospital to control her pain level for her surgeon. On day 2 of recovery, I noticed my mom’s lunch receipt had many restrictions and I kindly requested the nurse to have Dr. Chang come speak to us about it.
