I went to him when I got freshly diagnosed with focal epilepsy and he was incredibly intelligent, warm and knowledgeable. During this time, I was still quite distraught but he had extreme bedside manners and made me feel safe and secure.

I highly recommend Dr. Zelaya! Dr. Zelaya was my daughter's neurologist from 2010 until 2015. He is incredibly caring, compassionate, thorough, & very knowledgeable. He spent so much time with my daughter & my husband & I. He would stay in the hospital very late to come in to check on my daughter. He would call me at home to give us information & updates. I would highly recommend Dr. Zelaya!!
