Blokes - if you're hesitating, don't. In and out in 20 mins. 5 mins of that was sitting in the waiting room. Absolutely minimal pain, basically felt nothing the whole time. Small 1 second pinch when the needle goes in, plus some numbing gel. Ice packed for about 5 hours straight afterwards, followed by another 3 hours before bed. Minimal movement the same day.
