I haven't had an eye examination since I was a teenager! The staff here was very understanding of my eye condition and worked good with my insurance. I found out I have a small cataract in my right eye but it's not serious at this time to warrant surgery. I was also prescribed glasses to wear if I wanted to get them. I didn't really need them but Dr. Hall said I could get them if I wanted which I did. Wonderful staff. Great Doctors. I have VSP insurance and they gave me the best deal for my $$. ALSO! They give you your prescription so you can buy online if you wish.
Totally professional eye care including retina specialist and cataract surgery
Takes over an hour and a half to two hours of waiting for one appointment. Your appointment can be at 2:30 and you aren’t seen until four. They need to redo the way they set up appointments.

From the consultation with Dr. Conway and Courtney to the scheduling with Randy and all the way downstairs to Lasik .... the professionalism and enthusiasm was top notch! Dr. Pugh and Randy did an amazing job explaining everything to me and answering my questions. After day 1 I am already recommending this place to friends and family!
