Very good I had a colonoscopy . My experienced with staff was better than expected. Very satisfied with the manner the process was conducted.
The doctor was very prompt and courteous.
Dr Hillal is the best without a doubt. I've been going to him for many many years. The problem is his people DO NOT RETURN CALLS! It's been months of me calling and requesting some papers that the doctor himself needs and have been called every day and left messages but nothing. Great results from 3 surgeries. Another scheduled soon (2 knee,2 hip). He and his staff are wonderful. They are professional, patient, efficient, kind. Throughout the surgery process (pre-op, op, & post-op) he & his staff ensure everything is covered in a timely manner. Our PT specialists praise Dr. Jerabek's surgeries.
Very shortly after this knee replacement I noticed I felt lopsided. This made physical therapy more painful and puzzling. One has to go for office visits periodically for the first year after the tkr. I complained at each visit that something was off and that the non-surgical leg now seems shorter and it was throwing off my balance. I had a very good experience with Dr. Sanchez. The facility is amazing. Dr. Sanchez does talk a bit fast so pay close attention.
