Dr Bills is amazing. The level of care and the pure compassion is overwhelming. We have had 3 furbabies as patients there and they have always made them a priority. I wouldn't go anywhere else for their love and care.
Dr. Bill and his staff were so accommodating to me and my fur baby. My sweet kitty was attacked by three dogs and they were able to calm my worries and take care of her so wonderfully.
Very very upset. Had my dog neutered there, they charged me $110.00 more than I was told it would cost AND they SHAVED patches of my dogs hair off!! I have no idea why they chose to shave his chest and under belly and back legs. I will NEVER go back. Very dissapointed
They said my dog had two days to live and my dog lived a month longer than expected
We sure do love Dr. Bill. When we first got our puppy we posted on Facebook for recommendations and he was recommended over and over again by our friends! We took Maverick to see him and as first time puppy parents he was very kind in listening and answering any questions we had our first visit! He went out of his way to sit in the room with us after checking over Maverick and give us advice on taking care of our new fur baby. We are so grateful for Dr. Bill and his team! �
These are some of the kindest and gentlest people anywhere. I took my precious dog there for 11 years and they always treated us as though we were very special. Dr Steve was professional and yet treated my Winston with such love and always was conscientious about proper medications for him. When it was time to let him go he handled the entire experience with tremendous compassion...they even sent me a sympathy card. They are all the absolute BEST!!
