Always do their best to get us in and have someone see my babies. They are 1/3 hour away from us now but we still kept them as our vet because they are so good. And they don't mind when I'm totally freaking out about things as a first time pet owner. Always patient and polite with the humans and super with the animals.

Dr. Bill's Pet Infirmary have Excellent & Caring Veterinarians. Dr. Bill loves what he does and you can tell by the way he treats his patients & their owners! He has been our vet since 1994 and is kind , sensitive & amazing in all he does & cares about!
Understanding, compassionate, caring, professional...I could go on and on. And it's not just the great service and smiles you get walking in the door - it's the little things, like the card and message after an animal has passed, and great things that they do - and the consistency with which they do it. I always feel like they care about my animals and myself as a pet owner.
