Dr. Way is very experienced ... forget "bedside manner". This is a no nonsense dermatologist who knows his specialty extremely well.

I've been to Dr. Way's office about 5 times but only seen the doctor once and that just briefly. Most of his patients are treated by PAs, which might be OK if they stayed there long enough for a patient to get to know them. The treatment seems OK, but how is one to know?
Dr. Wy lets inexperienced and unqualified Heather Capps PA-C treat patients without direct supervision. She is completely unprepared to function in that capacity
