If I could give ZERO stars I would as the practice and the doctor are worth less than that. Unprofessional. Un-empathetic. No compassion. No customer service skills. And that’s just the front office staff, the first faces, the first voices incoming patients encounter. And they have the audacity to have the tact and professionalism of the front office staff at a prison.
