I am an RN and have met many doctors of varying specialties. Dr. Das is one of the best colon and rectal docs I have ever met. In fact, he was the colorectal surgery doc of choice for employees at a local hospital He takes his time with you and explains everything in detail using terms non-medical people can understand. He is thorough and will do everything possible to ensure your procedure is a success. My surgery was so fast and my recovery was faster. Dr. Das is awesome. I needed colon surgery for cancer and had it done within one week thanks to Dr Das and his attention to me. He is a very caring and compassionate person. I. LOVE. DR. Das & Victoria!!!!! My overall experience was awesome! I gave them 5 stars across the board, but I’m not sure if went through. Victoria made me feel like I was her best friend right from the start and put me at ease right away! Dr. Das...I do not have enough superlatives!! Dr. Das operated on our 26 year old daughter for diverticulitis. Our daughter had never had surgery before and my husband and I were extremely nervous/anxious. Dr. Das explained the whole procedure to us. His bedside manner was amazing. He was kind and was very sympathetic in addressing our fears. The operation was clearly successful. My daughter's wound is basically invisible. After surgery, she only took one pain pill. He is the best colorectal surgeon in Houston. I had abdominal pain for many year from diverticulitis that was just awful. Dr das performed a sigmoid colectomy on me on 2/27/2020. I am completely pain free, and he did it without any incisions. He is My miracle worker!
Dr Das does spend a lot of time with every person he talks to ... its obvious. He is outstanding and spent his time talking to us... and frankly.... took wonderful care of me. Surgery went so well.

My Husband had a Colectomy in March of 202 performed by Dr. Das. At 36 years of age he was quite nervous and did a lot of research online. We left our native Canada and flew to Houston for Dr Das. The information and videos I found only increased my concern. My experience from start to finish with DR. Das made the actual surgery a cake walk. He was respectful, caring, and honest. Almost six months later and I'm living my life to the fullest. I highly recommend Dr. Das. I flew across a border for him! I would do it again!
Dr Das took the time to take care of my father and me as a patient.... yes! there is a wait! but thats preobably because he is working hard on someone like he did for us. He is an Angel on Earth
