Walked into the office for the 1st time, it was clean, plenty of seating, receptionist was very nice and got me checked in promptly. I filled out the appropriate documents and then waited to be called back! I was called back on time and I met with Christian Neller one the PA’s she was exceptional! So friendly, so kind and genuine! I established with Leilani today! Everything went very well from initial call to make my appointment until check-out. Leilani took her time and I never felt like she was rushing. Overall it was a great experience and I am so glad to have found this small practice. It reminds me of the practice I grew up going to! Very personal touch!
Just had my 1st visit with Leilani Phelan, PA, at this practice. From the moment I walked in, I knew it would be a great experience. I was greeted immediately by the receptionist. No sign in and then sit and wait. She confirmed my appointment, gave me the forms to fill out, and asked me to have a seat. Within 2 minutes I was escorted to the exam room where a nurse reviewed my information and took my vitals. Leilani came in shortly thereafter. My visit was excellent, as I was taken on time, all results were explained to me in a manner that was easy to understand and comprehend, and the followup scheduling was very efficient and accommodating to my busy work schedule.
Had a kind staff. It wasn’t long before I was seen during my visit. And my physician was very attentive and thorough in her examination.
Dr Pham is an excellent, caring family physician. My wife and I have been her patients for many years and what we love about her and her super friendly yet professional staff (Nurse Kristin and others) are their attentiveness and focus on listening with quick accurate diagnosis’s and care. We highly recommend Proactive Primary Care, Dr Pham and staff!
I loved seeing Leilani Phelan yesterday. She was kind, caring and very professional. The office staff was welcoming too. The office is very pretty and clean. If you need a primary care physician, I highly recommend her!
