Everyone at the office was very good to work for, efficient and knowledgeable. Christine, the physicians assistant was excellent.
I saw Leilani Phelan P.A. and she was great. This was my first visit and she addressed everything I needed, ordered tests and refilled my medication. Front desk staff and medical assistant were also pleasant and efficient.
Christian Neller is an incredible provider — she listens, she does whatever it takes, she’s personable, she spends the time you always wish your doctor would spend with you, and she literally saved my daughter’s life by catching her cancer when other providers gaslighted her. I left my doctor of 29 years in order to see her because it became almost impossible to get an appointment with him. Highly recommend.
The level of service end 2 end is excellent. The care provided is done with respect, empathy, and most importantly, educational. All my questions are answered and I am made part of decision making and recovery process. I feel taken cared of and listened to. Clean, great ambiance and friendly staff.
I always receive the best care and attention from Dr Pham and staff. After every visit, I feel I was given their full attention.
The staff here is suoer friendly. Appoints are easy to make and Christian Neller is a great PA. I highly recommend thos office
Staff puts you at ease right away
Everyone in the office is friendly and there's a very positive atmosphere. Leilani, one of the PA's, went over my labs and answered all of my questions. She refilled all my prescriptions and radiologic tests for my annual physical and made recommendations for immunizations that I needed. Have always had a very positive experience in this office and have been going there for several years. The practice is growing but they keep adequate staff to maintain their delivery of quality care.
Dr. Pham is an exceptional internal medicine doctor. She cares very much about her patients, listens to all of my concerns. I would recommend her to anyone in need of general practitioner. Her PA’s are also great. Overall a very good practice.
