Dr. Balar went out of his way to comfort me during a very scary time. He thoughtfully went through my back story, came up with an agreed upon plan, kept all of my other doctors in the loop and continues to monitor me. Couldn’t ask for more
Dr Balar has been an important presence in one of the most challenging faces of my life. From day one he was able to read my state of mine through and through and made recommendations accordingly. It’s been five years and I feel great.
Dr. Balar and the entire RCCA Freehold staff are magnificent. They really know their job and they have a positive outlook always. Also all staff and covering doctors are very pleasant and helpful after hours when a need arises.

Dr. Balar is very personable, talks to you and with you, not at you. Genuinely interested in your questions, and answers knowing your present emotional state. Speaks very positively of upcoming treatment, seems to take any 'doom and gloom' out of the future.
Dr. Balar takes time to find out what has been happening since my last visit. He reviews test results in a way that is clear to me. I never feel rushed.
I have been a patient for 5 years. Dr. Balar is caring, kind, and highly qualified. I never feel rushed during my visits with him. He answers all of my questions with patience. I feel blessed to have him as my care giver. He and his whole team at the Freehold location are the BEST!
