They stick you in a room tell you your next to see a dr and forget about you for well over a hour. I finally got mad.and walked out. Office called me when. I got home to say they were sorry that it was a mistake.. Well guess what I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I have been receiving orthovisc injections for my knees. Simple procedure. Early June I was seen by PA Jen. Her attitude was argumentative with some dishonest explanation of why she could not schedule my injections then. She stated she needed authorization from my insurance co. Medicare does not need authorization. It was not until 3 weeks later did I receive a call to schedule. When I asked why it took so long the office girl said they were waiting for authorization. I would not recommend.

He kept my wife waiting for 1 1/2 hours until she finally met with an orderly. When she asked Where is Dr. Patel? She was told He is in a Meeting, which is a euphemism for He's not going to see you. My wife had a scheduled ,which she confirmed an hour before, only to be ignored by the doctor. Avoid this charlatan at all costs!

I drive over two hours to visit Dr. Patel who has kept me from fusing my back, for two ruptured disks, for going on three years. He is a Godsend and treats his patients with great care and precision. He has provided relief where no other doctor could do so. I would highly recommend him and his most pleasant and professional staff to any one who is in chronic pain and wishes to avoid surgery.
