I was beyond impressed with my experience at Dr. Moparty's office at Cedar Hill . From my first contact with her nurse, I was completely blown away by how helpful, kind and timely she was! A lot of doctors don’t realize how important it is to have a caring, attentive nursing staff. This first point of contact is crucial! On to the appointment; my appointment ran on time. Dr Moparty was really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment! I would highly recommend her!!!
Dr. Moparty has a great listening ear. She has helped me so much with my gastrointestinal issues. You get seen on of before your appointment time. Front desk is very friendly. I personally give Dr Moparty a five star rating.
Dr. Moparty is one of the most professional and polite people I have ever dealt with in the medical profession. In addition, unlike some doctors I have had over the years, she will not order tests or procedures unless she absolutely believes them to be necessary. She quite simply is one of the best doctors I have ever had!
Dr. Moparty was very patient,professional and informative in explaining to me the results of my MRI and what should be done going forward. She left me with a very confident feeling regarding my health.
Great experience from the moment I entered the office. The receptionist was professional and kind. I had a very short waiting time. Dr. Moparty is a good listener and gave me time to explain my symptoms. Her office set up my appointments to have specific tests done and explained the treatment plan in clear and understandable terms. I would recommend her to family and friends.
My first time visit. She was thorough, polite, not at all in any way condescending. The office staff was confident, polite. I was called in even before my appt time (having arrived early). I was so pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. And Dr. Moparty called me and gave me results of my testing. I missed the first call and she called me back for a second time. My mouth fell open. A doctor getting in touch is so rare. Dealing with Dr. Moparty and her staff...easy, pleasant
