Dr. Sundaram was excellent. He throughly described the procedure, and talked to me during the procedure to help me stay calm.
Dr Sundaram is always very good at explaining things and very good at understanding my situation and feelings and very pleasant and professional

The billing department and management are unprofessional. They first told me that my visit with the doctor would cost a certain amount, and then they sent me a bill about 6 times that price. When I notified them they claimed there was some issue getting the documents to the insurance company and they will fix it and let me know. The problem is they did not let me know, and after many times I tried to follow up with them, they ultimately did not respond back to me with a final answer. Everyone is kind and helpful.in the Denison office, short wait time. Dr. Sundaram is kind and he is truthful about results. I have been his pt for over ten years and he is always professional and will console you when needed.
